To all you legends that look at Morningstars rating. They are the most bandwagon rating system that I have ever seen. In fact it is probably run by someone from HC.

"Oh hey, look at Z1P, it's going up. Let's raise the fair value!"
next day
"Oh hey, look at Z1P, it's going down. Let's drop the fair value"
That crap updates every second day, I am sure I can tell you all tomorrow if Z1P's fair value is at $8 or $6, but give me some time until the market is closed and I will tell you.
