only a bad day if you choose to sell! but I love days like these as gives me an opportunity to load up on more shares that I'm either holding or have with in the basket of my watch list! Some folks just don't understand that days like this are just perfect buying opportunities! if you believe long term, ignore the gyrations. Hold to your thematic and buy more!
