    Since the announcement of the exclusivity period with Telstra, on 8/3/2010, the stock has been making converging highs and lows, on decreasing volume which is a classic pennant pattern. The pennant broke today on high volume. Based on the mast of the pennant, 4c stands out as a possible target. It should be noted that today's announcement was received towards the end of the day and was NOT the trigger for the movement today:
