Why does the mystery project manager not have a name? Or listed as an employee, with super and all that stuff? 

The gates on site are apparently closed. That post I remember clearly. If a place is not open and  no workers are on site, then this a share market game of different proportions. 

From a “mineral and vitamin” point of view, the prime source of vitamin D comes from the sun, and that’s the only gold colour that will be above ground for CTO.  This business (if you can call it that) seems to rely on some shareholders buying in-house share placements at a fractionally lower price before a pitifully small rise and a quick flurry of buying and selling. Then it goes quiet again before a repeat cycle, interspersed with weird company announcements. 

Certainly makes me wonder why Regulators don’t look more closely.
