I doubt that the injection of $14mil will increase the share price to .15, because even though that doubles the balance sheet, the money will be immediately spent on plant, which will offset the increase entirely. There's no shareholder value in a heap of unproductive steel structures in transit to a mine.

An announcement that the money is in and the orders placed will, IMO, stabilise the share price at 8cents after a brief optimism spike to 10cents.

After all, there will still be zero money coming in until the plant is operational.
