4000 units is confirmed via IGG. Add another lets say 1000 units via Nuheara website from order numbers published on HC. What we dont know is the number ordered at CES 2017, if any at all. But I am guessing the number is considerably higher than 4000 units for 3 months. And yes, it is just a guess. until we get confirmation via quarterly report, or an announcement released by Nuhera.
