How do you know this T.E.P? Does the subsidiary earn the income from the mine and pay a dividend to its shareholders like the partner and CLQ Headco?

I have been thinking it seems to me that it is widely though the market is due for another correction probably in the next 6 months. Hence people like Buffet are holding off buying stocks. If I was Elon and the other suitors I would not be particularly motivated to conclude negotiations for a deal in the near term. I get the impression RF is a tough negotiator.
I bought in 2 days ago but anticipate a wait.
