    that sounds pretty conservative to me.
    25c sounds outright ludicrous

    so are you saying that if centro were to sell all their properties now, that 1.31 (assuming that is for centro's share) X 845M shares = just over $1B, is representative of all of their assets (properties)
    this would give an average price for centro's share of each shopping centre of 1B/800 centres = $1.2M, which is riduculous.
