Hope2008, 2 late in the night apologies but i think ill stick with just n.t.a as a margin of safety or rough estimate...G.R gives us some gr8 incite but either way this has still demonstrated that cnp is well under valued..
There are many formulas, you'll spend hours and hours trying to come up with different possibilties..
