ALL Shares can be Short Sold,(sure the A.S.X. has its own list of available Shares) it is just a matter of finding a Superannuation Fund,Nominee Company, Shareholder, or Stockbroker who will lend You the Shares You wish to Short Sell,however it's only the BIG BOYS and GIRLS who would have access Short Selling.
Short Selling a bad Animal and bites many of us who have tried to play the Market.
Large Falls in Share Prices generally indicates Short Selling has taken place, and this is why I consider that some Short Selling may well have taken place in THR last Year,because THR with all of its antics at the time would have been a suitable Target for Short Selling.
