    ASX and ASIC's policing of the regulations in situations like this is a farce. The ASX just sends out a letter and then wipes their hands of the situation, sometimes sending a second letter just in case. It is an embarrassment to those bodies that this debacle has been allowed to carry on for this long without coming to a head.
