The recent placement was for the company to raise funds to increase its stake in Pensador? The share price looks after itself. The Company cannot have complete control over the share price, nor is its desire to do so? Management should be attempting to build a reputable bisiness and the share price will reflect the strength of the business in due time.
CVI has been the board that a game has been played on for quite sometime for all the reasons that posters have alluded to on HC. As things solidify internally the share price will follow. But it will take time to weed out the traders and create a register of informed investors.
