encore your previous posts indicate you think placement was done to increase the market cap to get into certain investment groups? I dont agree.
The lowering of SP after placement removes most of the increase in MC created by the placement anyway.
363m shares at 22c = $79.8m MC 438m shares at 19c = $83.2m MC
$3.3m increase in market cap. Placements are not being done to increase the market cap. Pensador deal also removes alot of funding obligations for cityview for all the minerals projects and in tern the need for placements.
The 75m share placement is again a premium to current prices.
