the story goes like this
(cut down, to save my fingers from bleeding)
court case VMC v SPX
SPX wins the case
Court awards damages and cost against VMC
VMC does not have the funds to cover ALL the damages
SPX S/H'ers then sue VMC for damages
win the case plus costs
VMC are now unable to pay the claims against it
VMC offer all their leases in exchange for outstanding debts
SPX now becomes the partner with RXL
then set up a joint mining house
possible ?
