Why would SPX or DJC ...….pay some money to VMC to walk away???
Business is still ongoing onsite with drilling etc being done. It has not stopped lots going on.
Not long before a breakthrough one way or the other...….either Court date or settlement out of Court before hand.
Potential hold ups? very unlikely as VMC tried that at initial Court appearances. Unless the Court House burns down maybe!
Give up on the idea of easy money going to VMC. Notta goingta happen.
