CCTI 439,970,618 shares x US$1.20:

= A$497mill cap....about the same as WEC.


ESI 1.2 bill shares (f/diluted) x A$0.035c

= A$42mill...

Remember too...there is in the oppie value of about $8 mill as a bonus.

So - on the available data - is CCTI worth 10x the ESI value?
