imho
the Vic govt should not be trying to pick winners.
Market forces will produce a "winner". Increasingly, it's looking like ECT might be that winner. At least in round 1.
Regardless, it's a huge global maket and there always plenty of room for competition.
If there is more short term weakness in the SP then ACCUMULATE :-)
