Another thing. This could be a 'winner takes all' type of situation in terms of which technology becomes the Australian and global standard for drying brown coals. The first company to get finance and then get in to production will have a great advantage in terms of attracting future clients (i.e starting the 'uptake snowball'). In this sense, Exergen loses is our gain. I really don't think we should be seeing the article as a dis-endorsement of coal drying in Latrobe.
