It strikes me the shares are fairly valued now and quite overvalued before. Net assets are way negative if you remove goodwill and intangibles. Interest cost is very cheap at 3.6% at the moment but paying $16m in tax and interest while carrying $93m of debt doesn't appear to be good financial management.
