There are certain aspects to this business that have some appeal, notably the strong free cash flow generation, but there is nothing in today's results that change my view of MVF as an investment opportunity.
Despite the under-performance of the share price since listing, the company's stock does still not appear to me to be sufficiently under-valued, at 9x EV/EBITDA.
7.5x EV/EBITDA is where I'd be happy to start buying the shares.
Which implies a share price around $1.25
What will make it go there, or whether it will ever get there, I have no idea.
