    i should add when i mean going forward i dont mean for 2010. current leases mean that review for 2010 is more certain.

    But as these leases come up for renewal then rents will drop accordingly.

    This makes CWT very hard to value, as a 30% drop in rent will mean much more than a 30% drop in NET PROFIT
