Doesn't look too encouraging. While they don't lease from CWT, they supply their grapes to DGL who occupy CWT's leases, so would expect that DGL grape growing prices might be similarly affected.
"As advised to shareholders in the 2009 Annual General Meeting, the supply imbalance of some varietals is having a negative impact on grape prices being offered by wineries. ...
The harvest has not commenced but, based on likely harvest volumes and current market prices for grapes, it is anticipated that Oyster Bay will operate at a loss for the 2010 financial year."
