Latest estimates from S&P have PE at 12.98 (as at 7th October). Further 10% drop in price since then so would give a PE of about 11.7 though no new info on earnings factored into that.
Financial sector is trading on 44.8 times earnings thanks to the high number reporting negative earnings.
