Heading of this thread should be changed to -"The Worlds Biggest Hard Rock Lithium Resource."
Ive been investing in Lithium miners for a few years. Ive read the Bloombergs and the Macquarie banks talking over supply and bust of Lithium. Read the down rampers and shorters talking negatively.
While a few miners with weak drill results havent made it the rest are booming!
The last few weeks have seen major movements in the Lithium field. VW has sent out multi billion dollar tenders for Cobalt, Copper, Nickel and Lithium. CATL appears to be one of the major Processors and Battery makers in the tendering group.
Securing Supply is paramount for the hundreds of Chinese EV car manufacturers.
The Great Wall car manufacturer has guaranteed its supply chain with a $28 million payment for PLS Lithium. Whereupon PLS climbs from 0.37 to 0.635.
AGY gets $26 million Qingdao Qianyun High-tech New Material Co. Ltd. AGY climbing quickly to 0.31 in the last few weeks.
Huayou a predominantly cobalt company is paying $15 million to AVZ. On declaring its investment in AVZ- Huayous share price in China has seen it climb by $500 million.
Lithium miners share prices are booming.
Even those miners with poor boards and fundamentals are booming.
GXY rising from $1.6 to $2.6 within the last few months.
SQM is soaring.
China and California, both having places in the top 8 economies in the world are teetering on the brink of declaring EV only production and sales. Their polluted cities are demanding renewable energy change and use.
The Bank of China sees the reality of Lithium by setting up a Lithium ETF in Hong Kong with Airguide.
It appears from comments Ive read that the AVZ AGM ratification of Huayous shares are required to confirm AVZ's share registry status.
It may then be the trigger to allow any take overs or bids to be presented.
So it seems that the next 10 trading days may be quiet unless an Agressive Bidder appears.
However Im always impressed by the power of FOMO to raise a share price.
We know there is white hot interest to own the world biggest resource of AVZ.
Airguides comments on interest from China, and Klaus previous comments about daily new phone calls from interested parties confirm this.
AVZ shareholders have seen a lull and retrace from 0.15 to 0.10.
In My opinion AVZ's the Monster of Manono should see an appreciation up to the 13th of September followed by a rapid climb with a Huayou or other bidder providing premiums to the share price.
As posters and Airguide have opinioned. Whoever ends up owning AVZ's the Monster of Manono will have the the Worlds Premier Hard Rock Lithium resource.
An Available resource with no Offtake agreements and $15 million in cash.
The next few weeks should be interesting.
Will one or two companies take the remaining available shares of AVZ?
The BIG question is what will the buyout price be...
Good Investing to all Holders.
