I think GDP figures will be lower than what economists had expected. That's pretty much what Rio's CEO said last week and RIO's economists IMHO have a better grounding of reality than the average economist. Rio guys are usually quite considered in their analysis.
But then again with the $11.50 per share drop in RIO's share price following that simple comment I think it's already been factored into the share price to some degree
