It is almost beyond comprehension why the company would choose to be in limbo without an MD for months on end.
The sensible decision would have been for Tolga to remain MD until a suitable replacement was found. The board have completely stuffed this up IMO. Cardinal sin to have no suitable MD at the helm. A ship without a rudder is a potential shipwreck.
