Post acq prices and movements will depend entirely upon the announcement. If the market believes that SRT has paid too much for the acquisition, or additional funding is needed, or the market does not have faith in the technology being acquired then we may expect to see a rapid decline of SP.

If you are not interested in a long term investment and want to take profits as soon as you can, I would recommend planning your own individual exit strategy based upon your personal needs/wants. What I would recommend is to decide on an amount you would be happy with now, and closing your position as soon as that profit is met.

However, if you are like me and have faith in MW's ability to acquire a profitable product, then you may want to secure some profits initially, and keep some holdings for long term as well.
