I dont understand the whole turn key Sino contract ? CDU organised the crusher purchase which resulted in legal action for delays , CDU organised the concrete where they said they has saved many millions $$ from not paying the extortion prices being quoted, and they are now organizing the electrical side of things ?? I thought Sino also had something to do with the cummins generator plant ?
