there indeed was a formal meeting with all the necessary motions put as per the notice of AGM. As indicated one resolution was withdrawn.
Having enquired for all those wondering about the 260, I can tell you that is the number of Proxies recieved and the total of the votes is in the lower box, it would have helped if the boxes had been labeled, I agree.

The hyper ventilating has been by those who don't hold shares mostly, funny really. There had just been a detailed annual report and quarterly report put out and there could be nothing more to show in a presentation in reality. Any past presentation has only been a rehash of those reports. It was much better to get on the bus and see it first hand, those not there could look at the pictures in the reports,

I fail to see how you can assume that "more holders are now non holders"
More likely that more share holders own more of the shares being sold/washed.
