I think all three points you made aren't viable given the timeframe involved.
1. The tech has been around for years. If the company couldn't get $5m out of Tincom then how will they do it with the next punter.
2.The company will need money before they 'deliver' on the Tincom deal. That's if they do.
3.This point relates to number 2 in terms of timeframe as well. Matmor perhaps has the best chance of attracting investment but again the project is still in its infancy.
