Arup costs? Are you referring to the upcoming RFT?

If not where can I find evidence of how much Tincom has put in so far progessing the project? I'm not doubting you but just need to see where it's more than $5m as you say.

If you are referring to the RFT then every new deal will need to go through that cost as part of the process.

Also regarding your last paragraph made me laugh.

Isn't what you described above exactly ESI's proposed business model moving forward??

Anyway, getting back on the topic of the thread how do you propose ESI funds itself between now and Dec because your 3 points are unlikely to work within that timeframe.
