There are much better ways to raise capital that will have zero dilutionary effects.
1. Licence the Coldry tech for an upfront fee. Say $5m.
2. Deliver on the Tincom deal and offer incentives to optionholders to exercise early.
3. Licence the Matmor tech for an upfront fee.
All the above a very realistic and can be achieved in the short term.
There are much better ways to raise capital that will have zero...
