post bfs; what happens next?

why all the worry about the bfs? why shoouldnt it compliment the scoping study?
what happens next is faar more imoortant and the real worry
imho the big problem is going to be dilution
soping study in 3/03 gave cost as 42mu$; alowing for weak $ this may be $50 now
will egyptians chip in $25m?
gip will need working capital say 10m$ and a contingency fund say 5m$
mkt cap is ~10mu$
how will gip raise 40mu$?
if things go ala kmr then a 3:1 debt :equity ratio say => 1:1 share issue
will this be a placing?, an open offer?(expensive), will it be open to uk types?(expensive),at what price?
Could we see a private placement among the 10 big holders? (and excuding small holders)
any comments?
ps did hodless mention these points when flogging the stock on admission to aim and more recently with the recent large sale?(2.4m shares)
