Dont worry about dilution , there are many possibilities , the most attractive may be attracting a farminee , such as Cabot Corp , to 20% of the project in exchange for financing .... leaving GIP and The Pharoahs with 40% free carry each ! Of course , a very positive BFS is required to even think about such a prospect .... but its not impossible ;)
