re: post bfs; funding options Convertible debentures / Notes are in nowadays, particularly if the resouce is attractive.

They are now common and are attractive to Europeans as well, I would think.

So, in the beginning of the project. one pays the interest while a few years later when the price is much higher, conversion may take place at whatever given conditions.

I am confident that Aussies would take to that instrument as well.

I forsee some dilution to satisfy the Banks but that need not be a problem at much higher pricing to prevail after a BFS study IMHO.
