I see by the prospectus that CL's payout of 750K base salary plus superannuation is pretty much legally protected. No doubt the chairman in his address is downplaying it as much as possible in order not to upset anyone during the CR period by saying things like "they are looking into it" etc etc (actualy I am surprised they didnt use such words as "robust" and "pipeline of opportunities").
I think you can be pretty rest assured that IF the CR goes through good old CL will walk away with a nice tidy earner..... what a sad state of affairs indeed.
