I'm trying to work out the post-cap raising share price
and a few things are not making sense; perhaps someone knows the mechanics of this better:
1. Current price is 0.61
2. Discount for shareholder price is 0.40
3. Number of shares is increased by 1.8 times (4 for 5 shares are offered)
It would seem that current share price would be diluted to 0.61 / 1.8 = 0.34; So why would anyone take the 0.4 per share offer? The company assets should go up by $600M to account for the cash injection; but how do we figure this in; does the 0.51 ex-incentive price figure this in?
Main question; what is the projected post-cap raising sp price give these factors, to evaluate the meaning of the $0.4 offer.
