Don't forget management will also need lots more money to pay for the upcoming potential pay increases to its PK workforce due to an expiring Enterprise Agreement. Past increases have generally been above 4% so add that to your bottom line and it will chewup a few million as well. Local Mgt generally roll over pretty easily so I suspect the unions will get what they want without too much fuss as mgt get a flow-on as well and everyone is happy, except for the shareholders!
