I expect the share price to slide back to 40c on approval. Everyone knows approval is coming, after all, so why would the share price jump (unless perhaps some institution thinks approval is significant and starts buying)? And there are clearly lots of people who already hold who expect the share price to jump... when it doesn't, some of those will exit, and so the share price will fall.
