Kso will be raising money at 20c with a consol of 50:1.
You need to make an assumption of what Kso will open at on 4 January. Considering the CR is going to be at 20c the only assumption we can make is that the sp will open at a similar level regardless of where the sp is today.
The company doesn't decide the sp but the CR price the company does control will determine the open price (within a range of course)
