Funds will be used to accelerate growth. This one is cheap compared to many of the other rto's coming on the market atm. They have a proven platform that works and the strong client base will also aid in the expansion. Other majors will clearly see this is a well organized and established company and the sales team can reference existing clients and show how the platform has already benefited those clients.
