I'm not surprised either. also not surprised when holders sell at the bottom and take losses only to find returns could have been much greater.
as they said , "won't be surprised to receive new inbound approaches" they also said one party had exclusivity ... so joining the dots , no exclusivity now and offers expected.
that's all (significant) upside and in the meantime oil sentiment is shit , fundamentals of demand v supply strong , and company generating positive cashflow.
let's look back again in 2 years.
