Post consolidation SP after an appeal win.?, page-14

Hi Ron,
My previous post guesstimate was based on the assumption that we won the Appeal in May.
Also assumed JORC stuff done too. Don't think funding will be a problem if we win Appeal and have consolidated.
Agree SIR situation was different. I was surprised too that a consolidation is being considered before the Appeal is resolved. I have a feeling that AVQ may have received feedback from potential institutional investors that a consolidation of shares would be looked upon as favourable to attracting future funding or investment. Just my opinion.

Anyway it's out there now so it's up to the shareholders to consider before the end of the month.
