I've contacted Mark Burgess directly a number of times. He's very approachable and more than willing to have a conversation with you. I'd highly recommend contacting him if you have any questions. Personally, I find it quite refreshing that shareholders have such direct access to the CEO. My experience with Investor Relations teams has been mixed, some will be happy to reply and some will be just as content to ignore you if they don't like your question.
