I can't answer your question. In a perfect world, there should be no need to contact the company, but from time to time there will always be issues that make people feel they need to contact the company about. In this case, having access to the CEO is something you should take advantage of rather than sit here and say everything should be perfect and I shouldn't have to speak to the company. If you feel the company has not met its disclosure obligations, then that's a serious accusation and you should put it to them.
