Firstly, don't make it sound like there is some kind of conspiracy here. I don't chat with him frequently, (I've exchanged a couple of emails with him late last year if you must know) and I am not in possession of any information that is not publicly available nor do I have some kind of privileged access to the CEO. I had some questions that I wanted answers to so rather put those questions to a bunch of random people on a forum that would only speculate as to the answer, I sent the questions to the company. I am entitled to do that.
I was pleased and surprised that Mark would take the time to respond, but I personally feel that that is just the type of person he is and he deserves a bit of credit for that. He knows he is accountable to shareholders and he knows that shareholders are disappointed with the movement of the share price so I guess he feels that shareholders deserve to have there questions answered as best as possible.
Carry on speculating amongst yourselves.
