I don't entirely disagree with your point of view, I would like to see them more invested in the company. But the votes against the remuneration report, consolidation and other motions were minimal, so the sentiment has not been reflected in the voting and they were passed with a clear consensus. I have to ask myself the question as to why all motions were so overwhelmingly passed. There are far more savvy investors invested in this company than me and they're certainly not likely to be posting on HC. Do they still very much like what they see? Possibly.

Personally, I see good long term potential in this company, but the key words are “long term” and “potential”, so it is by no means a guarantee things will play out like we all hope, especially not in the short term.
