Unfortunately, that's the stock market. It is by its very nature, a gamble. There are no guarantees prices will go in one direction or the other. The market has been known to be completely irrational at times, but there will always be winners and losers and retail are most often on the losing end. The company might have been around for a while but it is continuing to evolve, so in that regard, it would be a mistake to focus on only what the company may or may not have achieved in the past without considering the future 'potential'.
@tchi0754 The problem with consolidations is that the consolidation alone is never enough to change sentiment on a stock. If there is no attempt by management to draw in new investors then it's business as usual and the downtrend continues. MOU's and fluff are not going to be enough, the market needs to see $'s.
