Obviously Cottee and Hart didn't learn from Central. If you don't have production to support it, then you will go back to penny status in short time.
How many times have we seen this done with "good intent" by management of junior companies. Until you produce and report correctly AND have your finances sorted - smaller investors with shorter horizons ARE your shareholders.
