Based on the wealth of experience I have gained from being involved in the stock market for 4 months, I have learned that the only time a lawyer is good to have as an MD/CEO or Chairman is when you have technology and it needs to be protected (obv. this is a general and subjective statement). Lawyers tend to be good at protecting IP plus you need all the personality qualities to make up a good CEO, yada yada yada.
